Alain is the Managing Director at VCLS. He drives VCLS development and oversees all operations.
Alain brings to the role over 30 years of experience and expertise in both consulting, life science and IT/digital, with hands-on experience and achievements in business/account development, operations, end-to-end client solution delivery and P&L management.
His expertise covers multi-countries and multi-businesses operations & development, digital transformation, restructuring & performance improvement, as well as building CxO relationships.
Prior to joining VCLS, Alain spent over 10 years in Capgemini as a leader in Europe Life Sciences. He led a team of Core Senior Account Executives dedicated to the success of top life sciences customers in Europe and delivered over €250M annual bookings with two-digit YtY growth through a client-centric strategy & plan.
Alain also worked more than 20 years in Accenture across Europe and US with a variety of increasingly responsible roles, eventually becoming the Head of the IT Outsourcing Business Line for France and Benelux and taking responsibility for multi-country transformation outsourcing deals.
Alain holds degrees from the Paris School of Business and a master’s degree in IT issued by the SUPINFO Institute of Information Technology.
Alain is a member of the VCLS Board and a member of the Executive Committee. He is based in Boulogne (Paris) in France.
