Henrike Granzow

Director, Market Access

As a Director in the Market Access Team, Henrike is responsible for developing successful market access and reimbursement strategies, on behalf of her clients. She has particular expertise in early stage access work, having built up skills to help anticipate the constantly changing environment. She also has considerable experience of orphan medicines, multi-indication launches and medical devices. 

Henrike brings to the role more than 10 years of expertise across HEOR, market access, pricing and forecasting, gained in different global Life Science consultancies as well as the financial sector. She is also passionate about creating integrated access activities that bring together asset value, evidence and strategy.

Prior to joining VCLS, Henrike has been leading strategic market access teams and projects for different Life Science consultancies, such as ICON and Optum, most notably across pricing strategy, launch planning, and competitor intelligence.

Having started her career in the field of evidence generation, modelling and HTA, she has equally supported biopharma clients in preparing dossiers and economic models for reimbursement submissions.

In addition to consulting work, Henrike spent several years as a research manager for Deerfield Management, a healthcare focused investment fund. Her main responsibilities included asset opportunity assessments, catalyst evaluation and revenue forecasting, as well as health policy evaluation across key European markets.

She holds a BA in Economics from University College Dublin, Ireland, and obtained her MSc in Health Economics and Health Policy at the London School of Economics.

Henrike is based in the VCLS office in Boulogne, France
