This acquisition is part of VCLS’ global growth strategy.
B&H Consulting Services, Inc. (B&H) joined the VCLS group in 2015. The acquisition forms one of the largest independent consulting groups delivering high-end regulatory services to support the interactions with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, the European Medicines Agency, and other global health authorities. Based in Somerville, NJ, B&H Consulting Services reinforces VCLS’ capabilities with in-depth Chemistry, Manufacturing and Controls expertise, as well as strategic and operational support for all regulatory submissions including electronic publishing services.
In 2019, IWA Consulting (IWAC) joined VCLS. With the addition of IWAC, VCLS is expanding its capabilities in Northern Europe. Founded in 1997, IWAC is a leading Danish regulatory consulting company, offering a complete portfolio of regulatory services to support the development and registration of human medicines, including originators, generics, biotech products and medical devices. In addition to regulatory strategy, IWAC has a strong know-how in LCM, e-Publishing and project management. The company has a solid and extensive experience on the interaction with Health Authorities in the Nordic region.
